How
do I book an ad?
The first step is to contact an account exec. They'll be able to provide you
with the info you need to determine where, when and how your advertising will
be most effective. Once your ad is scheduled, your account exec. will assist
you in delivering your ad or making arrangements to have us create one for
you.
What's
the difference between ad and change deadlines?
The change deadline in most cases, is just prior to the ad release deadline
(when the ad is placed on a page). There is only enough time to make minor
changes.
Why
can't you open my file?
To maintain quick processing and high quality print reproduction we have a
selective number of software applications that we use to create and process
ads. Unfortunately, not all file types are able to be opened directly. To
view our accepted file types visit our technical page.
The good news is that a PDF file can be created from nearly any file type
or software application using Adobe
Acrobat Distiller.
What's
a PDF?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format. PDFs are created using Adobe
Acrobat Distiller. When used properly Acrobat embeds all fonts and images
into a single file and also reduces file size. To learn more about how to
create a PDF visit our create a pdf page. Acrobat
Reader is a program you can download for free which will enable you to
open and view PDF files such as those found on this site.
